Shipping & Returns Policy

Welcome to Ferti Grind! We specialise in the business for the sale and distribution of locally sourced plant fertiliser products.
In this Shipping & Returns Policy “we”, “our” and “us” means Ferti Grind & Co Pty Ltd.

1. Delivery Locations
Ferti Grind products are only able to be sold in Australia. Ferti Grind ships Australia-wide.

Once the order is dispatched your order should arrive within 1-2 weeks, however this is dependent on the delivery location and Australia Post.
The delivery time is an estimate only and is subject to postal delays and other delays beyond Ferti Grind’s control.
5. Return to Sender
In the event of a delivery address being incorrectly entered by the Customer and the product is returned in an acceptable condition to Ferti Grind, the Customer will be offered a refund of the order minus any return to sender fees.
Where a return to sender is the fault of Ferti Grind, a replacement order will be dispatched within 2-4 days at no cost to the Customer.
6. Problems with Delivery
In the event of issues with delivery, Ferti Grind will attempt to locate the order. In the event that the order is unable to be located and is therefore lost, a replacement order will be dispatched to the customer within 2-4 days, at no cost to the Customer.
Ferti Grind does not accept responsibility for orders where the Customer has requested the order to be left in a safe place and the order is damaged, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise lost. Ferti Grind advises the Customer to contact Australia Post in these circumstances.
7. Damaged Orders
Ferti Grind undertakes to replace orders in the event of damage occurring in transit, provided that the Customer supplies proof of damage and purchase information.
Ferti Grind will alternatively arrange a refund for damaged items.
8. Quality Commitment
Ferti Grind is committed to providing high quality products and services to our Customers.
In the unfortunate event that you have received an order that is damaged or faulty, please contact Ferti Grind at hello@fertigrind.com.au.
9. Returns Policy & Right to Rectify
Once the tamper seal is broken, the Product cannot be returned unless it is deemed not to be of ‘acceptable quality’ as defined in the Australian Consumer Law (“Acceptable Quality”).
In the above circumstance, the Customer must write to Ferti Grind and do all other things necessary to allow us to investigate and determine whether the product is of Acceptable Quality.
Only Ferti Grind will determine whether the product is of Acceptable Quality. If Ferti Grind find that the product is not of Acceptable Quality, the Customer agrees to accept a resupply of the same product that is of Acceptable Quality prior to making any request or claim for a refund (“Right to Rectify”).

Customers are only entitled to a refund of the product if:

  1. The Product has not been opened and the tamper sticker has not been damaged; and
  2. The Customer has done all things necessary to provide Ferti Grind with evidence of the
    above clause a; or
  3. A Right to Rectify has been unsuccessful and exhausted.
All postage fees are the responsibility of the Customer in the event of an order being returned.
10. Order Cancellation
The Customer may not cancel any Purchase Order (or any part of a Purchase Order) that has been accepted by Ferti Grind without written consent from Ferti Grind for that cancellation.
Ferti Grind asks Customers to carefully check and review their order before purchasing.
